Miiverse Won’t Use Twitter or Facebook
Nintendo is again making a risky move and stands to potentially isolate themselves. Nintendo has announced that their upcoming Miiverse internet platform will not connect with the two most popular social media sites, Twitter and Facebook.
Their reasoning is that there is no reason to add another device that connects to these networks when almost every device already does so. They would much rather create a new network that can branch out to be on other devices as well. In other words they are wanting their Miiverse network to branch off of the Wii U and 3DS and onto other online devices.
